United Methodist Women is encouraging Wendy’s to come on board with other major corporations like McDonald’s and Whole Foods by signing the Fair Food Agreement that would improve the wages and working conditions of Wendy’s suppliers’ farm workers and also guarantee the right of independent monitoring of compliance with the agreement.

Reading this article in my local newspaper today about Wendy's positive financial report makes me think now is a great time to go meet with my local Wendy's manager and ask her/him to let the corporate leaders know that I want them to sign on to the Fair Food Agreement and that my family will not be Wendy's customers until they do the fair and just thing.

Please join me! Let's do all we can to work for justice. Go to for more information.
